This is an easy five star review.

Vibe: Great. It feels boutique as you're the only person getting your hair cut. The custom playlists only add to a relaxing experience.

Punctuality: You can sign up for an appointment online, and it is always perfectly on time.

Quality: Always great cuts and grow in really well.

It is on the pricier end of haircuts, but you are paying for a quality cut, relaxing experience, by a true professional.

I followed Shawnn to Pretty Rugged because the man can cut hair!

I've had so many hairdressers not know what to do when I show them a picture of what I want.

Shawnn will always cut my hair to exactly what I'm looking for. Also only $60 dollars for his talent?! He can easily charge more, but he's a good dude so he doesn't. That's why I make sure to leave him a good tip every time.

I'll never get my hair cut by anyone else, because I don't need to. I have suggested him to many friends, because I trust him and know they will love their hair after getting it cut by him. Thanks Shawnn!

Shawnn is AMAZING!!! He's so talented and you'll feel right at home sitting in his chair. He is also an absolute sweetheart. I would always much rather give my money to a local small business rather than some big chain, and plus Shawnn always has me leaving looking incredible, so why wouldn't I go there?! If you're looking for a great haircut from a great guy, definitely go visit Shawnn at The Pretty Rugged.

Had the absolute pleasure of having a hair cut and beard trim done with Shawnn today. He immediately makes you feel at home upon arriving. He took his time and had an exacting precision and patience when cutting my hair. I could not have been more pleased with the experience and would highly recommend his services.

Been coming here to get my haircut for about a year. Shawnn is awesome. Always on time, always a great cut and great service. Love the after cut wash and hot towel.
